No single camp is the same, yet each provides a full body workout including endurance, strength, plyometrics and core work guaranteed to burn at least 500 calories in 55 minutes. Let us prove it.

OUR TEAM

Co-Founders and Owners, Brian Boulware and Melanie Velasquez started Titanium Fitness with one mission: To help motivate others to improve overall health by creating an innovative approach to working out. Melanie and Brian developed the idea to start Titanium Fitness while training together.

BRIAN BOULWARE

Training & Fitness
A Michigan native, Brian brings more than 16 years of experience in fitness, wellness, and body sculpting, and specializes in tailoring results-oriented programs to yield maximum weight loss within a minimal time period both safely and effectively.

KARLI CORNWELL

Training & Fitness
A graduate of the University of New Mexico with a degree in Exercise Science, Karli brings passion to training, coaching and understanding the importance of nutrition. Karli has a contagious energy that brings power and strength to the gym.

CLAY ELLIOTT

Training & Fitness
Nationally placed Strong Man Competitor and powerlifter, Clay brings a unique focus in safe, effective workouts designed to increase strength and power. His knowledge and technique to powerlifting allow for each client to train with precise focus and skill.
