2017 ‘Get Your Beach Body’ Challenge


Monday, June 19, 2017 (Challenge start) through Saturday, August 12, 2017 (Challenge end).

Early Registration: Save $50 on your registration if enrolled by May 20, 2017. Program must be paid in full to receive $50 discount.


We are a results-based program. Your success is dependent on your commitment to the challenge and requires accountability. Therefore, we will be measuring your progress with weekly check-ins and bi-weekly assessments to stay on track to achieve your goals.

  1. Positive attitude, willingness to put in the work for your personal goals.
  2. Beginning Assessments start Wednesday, June 14th through Saturday, June 17th. ALL assessments must be completed NO later than Saturday, June 17th.
  3. Final Assessments will take place August 10 through August 12, 2017. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any assessments completed after August 12th will not be eligible for prizes.
  4. Weekly weigh-in *mandatory* every Saturday by 12:00 noon. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can weigh in at boot camp or e-mail your weight.


  • Pre /Post Body Composition Assessments:
    • Weight, body measurements, body fat, before and after pictures
  • Customized meal plans
  • Food journal, grocery shopping list and food exchange list
  • Grocery Store field trip to learn how to shop and plan for weekly meal prep
  • Supplement recommendation
  • Homework cardio workout plans to increase results
  • Cooking class
  • Weekly weigh-in *mandatory* every Saturday by 12:00 noon – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Four one-on-one consultations to monitor individual progress during challenge (Each participant will receive up to 2.5 hours of one on one coaching during challenge) Value $350
  • Each participant will schedule a bi-weekly check in appointment to discuss food log, cardio homework and program progress. Programs will be tailored to meet individual needs. It will be the responsibility of each participant to schedule the in-person appointments in advance.
  • Women: Up to 8 Booty Burn Workouts exclusive to Challenge participants only. Value: $120
  • Men & Women 15-minute Crunch Time; core and abdominal workout held twice a week. Value $120
  • Science based coaching using heart rate monitor providing:
    • Technology to ensure safe effective workout
    • Real time information for better coaching
    • Fun, social and motivating environment
    • Challengers can purchase monitors at a discount price of $75
    • Membership discounts at other local health and wellness retail stores for product and supplements


Each challenger has an opportunity to reduce their final weigh in by a maximum of 4 pounds by qualifying for weekly bonus points. Points are based on effort, accountability, and attendance

200 points =1 pound

  • Weekly weigh ins =25 points
  • Weekly homework check-ins =25 points
  • Weekly food log =25 points
  • Boot camp attendance 4 X per week =25 points


Quad and Duo Team winners will be based on the average of the team member’s total weight loss, body fat percentage lost and total inches lost. Team participants can earn additional bonus points which will be factored into the team’s totals. Participants in team divisions are eligible for the grand cash prize.


Winners in both male and female categories will be based on overall body fat loss %, most pounds lost and total body transformation.


Cash prize of up to $1,000 for overall winner. Each “Get Your Beach Body Challenge Participant fee includes a $25 entry to be paid to overall winner. So it’s yours to lose! Participants in team divisions are eligible for the grand cash prize.


Prizes will be awarded to Duo team winners include fitness memberships, gift cards and Titanium Fitness swag. Prizes will be awarded to Quad team winners include fitness memberships, gift cards and Titanium Fitness swag.


Will be awarded to men’s & women’s categories and may include restaurant gift cards, fitness incentives, spa treatments, beauty products, swag & gear and more.


  • Our 2017 challenge total weight loss was 1,469 pounds in 90 days
  • Grand Champion lost 59.4 pounds, 34 inches and -10% body fat
  • Men’s Champion lost 39.4 pounds, 26 inches and -11.8% body fat in 90 days
  • Women’s Champion lost 43.8pounds, 32 inches and 10% body fat in 90 days
