BOOT CAMPS

BoxJumps2Each Boot Camp session offers an hour of High Intensity Interval Training. No single camp is the same, yet each provides a full body workout including endurance, strength, plyometrics and core work guaranteed to burn at least 500 calories in 55 minutes. A 30 or 90 day commitment offers unlimited access to as many of our camps per week as desired!

BOOTY BURN

45 minute body specific training Designed specifically for women as a glute building and toning workout.

CRUNCH TIME

30 minute core specific training focused on abdominal strength, posture, and core functionality.

TITAN STRONG

60 minute men’s workout designed to increase strength, size, and stamina.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one personal training designed to meet individual goals including:

  • Training
  • Nutrition
  • Cardiovascular Program

SMALL GROUPS

Titanium-Gym-4Titanium Fitness offers small group private training for groups of 3 or more. Group rates offer 12 sessions to be completed over a 30 day period.

Group of 3: $540 per person for 12 sessions.
Group of 4: $480 per person for 12 sessions
Group of 5: $420 per person for 12 sessions

 

CHALLENGES

Titanium Fitness loves to motivate our campers. Our challenges offer a chance for our campers to motivate each other to work even harder while engaging in friendly competition. Our most recent group lost a total of 881.5 pounds!

Challenges include:

  • Preliminary Assessments
  • Meal Plans, Food Journals, Grocery Lists
  • Boot Camps
  • Cardio Homework
  • Weekly Weigh-Ins
  • Supplement Recommendations (if applicable)
  • Health & Wellness Seminars led by professionals in various areas of expertise
  • Final Assessments: Final weight, body fat percentage & after photos
  • Prizes for the winners

NUTRITIONAL COACHING

30 and 90 day customized meal programs. Programs include a custom meal plan based on individual goals. Bi-weekly one-on-one consultations to determine progress. Weekly check in via e-mail.

  • Accountability
  • Guaranteed results

Titanium Fitness is Precision Nutrition Certified following a balanced guide to nutrition. Programs are results-based and rely on accountability from each client and coach.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Your team’s custom program will develop speed, explosive power, and strength & conditioning while also working on flexibility and injury reduction. Sport specific training is based on athleticism and teamwork.
