Each Boot Camp session offers an hour of High Intensity Interval Training. No single camp is the same, yet each provides a full body workout including endurance, strength, plyometrics and core work guaranteed to burn at least 500 calories in 55 minutes. A 30 or 90 day commitment offers unlimited access to as many of our camps per week as desired!
45 minute body specific training Designed specifically for women as a glute building and toning workout.
30 minute core specific training focused on abdominal strength, posture, and core functionality.
60 minute men’s workout designed to increase strength, size, and stamina.

Titanium Fitness offers small group private training for groups of 3 or more. Group rates offer 12 sessions to be completed over a 30 day period.
Group of 3: $540 per person for 12 sessions.
Group of 4: $480 per person for 12 sessions
Group of 5: $420 per person for 12 sessions
